Thought I would post a coach wrap we completed on Friday, pictures are abit dark as the light had gone,
Printed by Raccoon, who did a fantastic job when I had sent the panels for one side, to them, at the wrong size !!!. Turned it around quick and got us right of the messy stuff.

Excellent job, Tim. That's a lot of vinyl and contravision. How long did it take to apply?

| The initail application took about 4 hours, it was all the trimming that took the time, there are a lot of locks, lights, door edges, windows, trims, mouldings...... took about another 8 hours. Probably sounds along time to some, but the fitting as to be perfect to get thorough inspections. No bubbles or bits of muck are allowed, and it has to be very very neat.

Think we asked for a 7year vinyl, definately not a wrap vinyl, no need really as there are no recesses or curves to get round or into etc.
We could have used a 3year material without any problems.

I talked with the coach company to rough out the design and the pictures they wanted. They sent everything off to their designer to put it together.
They had a massive amount of photos, brochures etc as they always produce most literature in house.
Their designer, messed up and did the design at A4 @ 300dpi !!!!
I had to use CS2 Photoshop to enlarge the A4 pdf upto 12000mm long x 3500mm tall !!!!.
The file size, from memory, was 1.3gb ( i think).
Both sides had the same design, but spaced differently to avoid the rear wheelarches.

That is fantastic I hope you charged them big bucks because it stands out
Do you put this vinyl on wet being as it is so huge
I have not anything bigger than a pizza van and I was proud of that
