Hiya Craig,

Nahh man, you didn't bother me at all mate! I can talk about art, airbrushing, The Artists Way, signs and all stuff creative for days on end! Which is basically why I didn't finish the piece I was working on at the show! Wink

Thanks for the positive feedback, the more I think about doing this the more it makes sense and, the more excited I get! I am also talking to a top US airbrush artist at the mo who may also come over so this is why I am trying to tie it all together, better to have a plan now for next summer me thinks!

Cheers bud . .

Beej

Hi Beej, I saw you at the show but didn't get the opportunity to have a chat as you always had a crowd around you and we were only there for the one day.

Your place looks fantastic and a Letteheads meet there would be great. Callandar was my first meet and I am now a confirmed Letterheads addict and can't wait to go to another. I've never met so many nice people at one event than I did at Callandar, they are all fantastic people and they make it so worthwhile.

If you want to grab the bull by the horns and go ahead with organizing a meet I would be more than willing to help in any way I can.

I must admit the Letterhead gathering never apealed to me, however having seen the reports and photos I really regret not going now so if you do organise something you can put me down for a couple of tickets.

Hi James,

Thanks for the feedback and offer for assistance. I have your telephone number now so I will call you in a few days for a good chat. It makes it easier to see this as a reality when the feedback is so positive so thanks guys Smile

I'll pop around the farm today with a camera and post some pics later of the available buildings here for events like this. Every year the caravan club (not sure which one) descend on the farm and use one of the big barns, fill it full of hay bails, rig up a stage for the band and have a bit of a shindig! Like I said, there are spaces for caravans etc. and I have enough excellent contacts to get this organised (plus with help of folks like James Smile)

I'm getting excited now! Ohh-err..

Beej

Looking forward to hearing your feedback please . . .

Beej

I am not being a party pooper.

Having met Beej, I'm up for anything he wants to do/teach.

But

Don't you have to get permission from someone to call it a letterheads meet?

Maybe findingout who organised the tickle and asking some questions might be in order.

Just my thoughts...don't shoot me Laughing

Permission is not needed, as long as there is not a clash of dates then there shouldn't be a problem. Letterheads are just a bunch of good folks with a passion for signwriting, pinstriping, airbrushing and anything else similar.

Beej intends to have the meet next year around the Summer Solstice (21 June) and will hopefully include a trip to Stonehenge, now how cool is that!

I'll definately be there.

I know you weren't, Geezer, and you're right, it's best to find those things out before trying to organizing something like that. Could save a lot of embarassment! Embarassed Laughing
