Hope you don't mind - but I also got the lol animation down to 907 Bytes from 2.2KB (added a bit of a head bob as well)

Fireworks - I used to use it all the time in the good old days when the animated gif was king and flash was just the annoying teenager that crashed your browser every 5 minutes  |
